Due to the nature of our products (live plants, terrariums, and plant accessories), PlantsDar carefully prepares and packages all orders to ensure they arrive in the best condition.
Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.
Return Policy
Return requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged due to shipping.

The wrong item was delivered.

A missing item from the order.
Conditions for approval:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and original packaging.

The item must be in its original condition without use.
⚠️ Live plants cannot be returned due to natural changes in appearance or improper care after delivery.
Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available.

Once a return is approved, a new order may be placed for the replacement item.

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by the store.
Non-Returnable Items

Live plants after 24 hours of delivery.

Terrariums once opened or used.

Accessories after unsealing or use.

Custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the store.
Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
